Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cups of chocolate chips

Heat oven to 375,combine the baking soda, flour, and salt in a bowl.  Then in your mixer cream the butter, and the sugars until light, add the eggs and the vanilla.  Next slowly add the flour mix. Then finnally add the chips and you are done.

This week I made chocolate chip cookies as requested by my little sister.   They turned out great, they were a little thin but still tasted fine.  They were crunchy on the edges and chewy in the middle the chocolate melted into each bite and despite personally not liking chocolate chip cookies I would definatley make, and eat more of these little cookies in the future.

Nutella Powder Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients:
(For the peanut butter balls)
1/2 a cup of peanut butter
1/2 a cup of honey
And 1 cup of honey
Mix them all together and then make small peanut butter balls

(For the powder)
2T nutella
3/4 cups of tapioca maltodextrin
Mix these in a food processor well.

These awesome little candies are very tasty. Especially with the honey. At first you taste the Nutella powder, and then the peanut butter. Finally the sweet honey hits your taste buds.  These are very sweet. I couldn't eat too many at once, but they are very good.

Reese's Brownies

Ingrediants:
1 3/4 cups butter
1 1/4 cups of sugar
1 cup of cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup of flour
A bag of Reese's minis

First boil a large pot of water then, place a metal bowl on top and add in the butter.  Once partially melted, add the sugar and cocoa powder.  Mix it all together and add the vanilla, and the eggs one at a time. Next add the flour and mix it well.  Finally, add the Reese's to the cupcake holders in your pan and nearly fill each one with the brownie mix.

This recipe makes around 36 mini cupcake brownies and they are great.  When warm, they are gooey and the Reese's Peanut Butter Cups add a change in texture and flavor.  Once cooled they are firm yet gooey, and as before.  The Reese's provides a great burst of flavor in the center.

Kettle Corn

Ingredients:
2 quarts Popcorn
Oil
1/4 corn syrup
1/2cup of butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2tsp Vanilla

Pop the popcorn.
Put it in the oven at 250f on a baking sheet to keep it warm, then in a pot put in the corn syrup, brown sugar, and butter.  Then mix it together until it's blended and add the salt, baking soda, and vanilla.  Once blended pour it over the popcorn and mix it all up together.  Bake at 250f for 45mins.

This Kettle corn was very tasty and evenly spread and is surprisingly very good warm, there isn't much to say about it besides its easy fun and tastes great.
